Cancellation of the transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981
Methods of Payment

Registration for the program is done using one of the following means:

1. Credit card

2. Bank transfer

3. Check

* With a credit card or check, the payment can be spread up to 2 equal payments.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation up to 48 hours before the course opens – a full refund of all amounts paid will be given.

Termination of participation before meeting 2 inclusive – will be credited relatively in accordance with the part of the course that took place until the date of cancellation

Termination of participation beyond meeting number 2 – will be charged the full amount of the course, and without a refund

A trainee whose participation has been terminated due to disciplinary problems and after a prior notice has been given – will not be entitled to a refund.

Reimbursements will be made to the means of payment where the registration was made, within 21 business days (by clearing fees).

In case of cancellation of the course by the organizers, a full refund will be given to all participants.
